Terms of use
FairReplace is operated by Stellar Capital LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Information, not advice
Ages, verdicts and prices are estimates from public data and published rules. They are not an inspection, a bid or professional advice. Confirm a unit's age with the manufacturer and get written quotes from licensed contractors before you decide.
Safety
Work on gas lines, burners, refrigerant circuits and electrical systems requires licensed professionals and, in most places, permits. Nothing on this site is an instruction to do that work yourself. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility from outside.
Accuracy
We work to keep the data current and correct, and we label how sure each result is. We don't guarantee that any result is error-free or that a contractor will charge within our range.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Stellar Capital LLC is not liable for decisions made using the site or for the services of third parties reached through it.
Content you share
If you share quote numbers, you confirm they come from a real quote you received and you let us use them, without identifying details, in area statistics.
