Reporting a wrong age

Send the brand, the full serial number and, if the label prints one, the manufacture date (a photo of the label helps). We'll check it against the brand's rule and fix the rule if the evidence holds up.

Suggesting a brand

Brands we don't decode yet are listed on the age decoder page. If you have a serial with a known manufacture date for one of them, it helps us add it.

We can't help with
